Renée brings 20+ years of Consulting, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Transformation experience to the departments and companies she leads. Renée has a proven track record of successfully transforming organizations and departmental capabilities for high performance achievement enabling them to unlock additional potential as well as organize and execute in a value centric, swift, and flexible manner.
Renée is passionate about developing leaders and departments using highly innovative techniques such as Human Centered Design Principles, ADKAR™, and the Certified Agile Leadership so that organizations focus on key behaviors that promote transformational growth and competitive organizational advancement.
Currently, Renée is helping lead the Organizational High-Performance Transformation of a Fortune 500 company mining company. Over the past 2.5 years, she has leveraged her knowledge, certified practices, and experience to coach and develop the North American, South American and Corporate departments within this public company. Renee's work focuses on the development of high performance culture using Agile ways of working, such as Agile Scrum, and Kanban. She also leverages the Prosci™ Change Management and the Objective and Key Results (OKR) business strategy frameworks. Renee’s work has successfully aligned these organizations to maximize group effectiveness goals and increase overall collaboration in a both a pre/post pandemic business environment.
Renée, first, began her career at Accenture in Process and Technology Consulting for Fortune 100 companies. Renée credits these formative years in business at Accenture for her solid business foundation and leadership philosophy, which is grounded in customer centricity, capability development, innovation, technical proficiency, pursuing value through people, and consultative performance coaching.
Six years later, Renée left Accenture to operationalize a Joint Venture Partnership Program as the Vice President of Corporate Development for a Phoenix based startup. This entrepreneurial experience helped round out Renée’s corporate business experience and provided her with a deep appreciation of the commitment and determination small businesses need to succeed. It sparked an entrepreneurial spirit within her that continually inspires Renee to lead Department Managers and Executive Teams towards innovative results and ways of working.
After successfully expanding the Phoenix based entrepreneur's Partnership Program across the US, Renée returned to her Consulting Services Roots where she served as the Department Head for Pearson Education's School Systems Business Unit. Here she strengthened her Second Line Management and PNL experience, as well as, furthered her Operational Leadership and Business Partner Acumen.
After five rewarding years with Pearson, Renée was asked to develop and lead an Operations Department for Neudesic, a successful Microsoft Services Company with 12 offices across the US as their Executive Director of Operations. Renée’s Management Team focused on Business Performance Analysis and Advisement, Internal Process and Systems Development, Strategic Initiative Management, PNL Oversight, Executive Compensation and Capacity Planning.
Prior to Renée’s current role with a global mining company, she served as the staff augmentation COO for a local wearable technology startup where she provided C-level and Executive Coaching, Manufacturing and Fulfillment Process Improvements and implemented Inventory Management efficiencies. She also improved a Global Distribution Model that helped the company expand internationally.
